32-bit TGA images

I would like to request an "Compose image with alpha" option for TGA images, like there is for PNG images.

Why? You have option/View/Use transparent index or alpha

Thanks! But it only works in the Preview tab, not in the regular viewing area or the file thumbnails.

No, it works in view mode too, and i'll update a 1.90.3 with 32bits thumbnails fixed

It doesn't work in View mode on my computer. Sorry I can't provide an example, but image shack does not allow TGA images.

I found the problem!
When changing the "Auto Image Size" option to "No Fit", the transparency information is lost.
