No Thumbnails in Folders

I can not see Thumbnails when I open my Folders.
Happened suddenly.
I noticed tin my taskbar mentions my JPG files as JPE

Your jpeg files have .jpe extensions, right?
And you have not changed settings?
How can I change settings?

Do you have tried with a clean .ini?
