Multi page rotate

At menu, image, rotate, XnView has options to rotate the image on screen right, left, and by 180 degrees.
When viewing multipage documents, like .tif, I don't find a command to rotate all pages by 180 degress.
Viewing faxes requires this function. When putting documents in the feeder on fax machines, many people don't know what is top and what is bottom in their feeder, and faxes come through up side down. Users need an all pages 180 degrees command to turn faxes rightside up.
Kodak Imaging for Windows, found on Windows 95 and 98, provides this at option menu, page, an rotate all pages for left, right and 180 degress.
With Adobe 5.1, rotate rotates all pages of a document.
