Print dialog: Header/footer fields truncated

On the print dialog, there are two fields for header and footer. On Windows XP, both fields are truncated, the fields are a bit too large.
To reproduce:
1.) In XnView browser select an image.
2.) Select menu "File > Print".
3.) In Print dialog switch to tab "Header/Footer".
--> You can see the fields header / and footer. For both fields the right part of the edittext field is truncated.
