Foreign Characters and Renaming

When batch renaming files, I always use Case changeing: First character uppercase, the rest lower Case.

XnView, like most other programs doesn't recognize foreign characters as letters. Characters like ö, ü, ä etc.

So when renaming the famous song of Peter Schilling, I get:
Major Tom (VöLlig LosgelöSt).mp3

I think it would be better if all characters with accents would be recognized as letters. For example ä, ë, ö, ó etc.
