I want to resize my images in canvas to 200x150 with white background.

nconvert -canvas 640 480 001.jpg

but the color is black!!!?????? i want white!!!!

please help me

Think you have to use the parameter -bgcolor <Red value> <Green value> <Blue value>, e.g.

nconvert -canvas 640 480 -bgcolor 255 255 255 001.jpg

for a white background.
