Sorting by "Date" or by "Exif-date" results in sorting by "Date modified", instead of sorting by "Date taken" or "Exif-date" resp.

(XnView 1.91 on Windows XP)

I have no problem. Currently Exif-date sort by EXIF date modified...

Thanks for responding.
I have taken a closer look and first set the language from Dutch to English to be sure we talk about the same items.

You are right (of course) sorting by Exif date results in sorting on exif "Date modified". I thought it would result in sorting on exif "Date taken", to be able to sort on the original date.

Is it possible to change this or to add sorting on exif ""Date taken" as after editing a foto with PSP XI the exif "Date modified" is changed and sorting goes wrong?
