I am using Nero Cover Designer V2.3. and want to convert the .ncd files to .jpg or .pdf or .psd format.
XNVIEW seems to be able to convert older .ncd images but does not recognise .ncd files made with version 2.3.
Any ideas please?

XnView can only extract thumbnail from ncd, and could you send me a sample, please?
