problem printing multipage tif documents

Hi Folks,
when i print a multipage tif image with (for example) 3 pages and i'm actually viewing page 2 the printer give me tzhe page 2 two times + page 3, the first page didn't came out.
The Problem occurs with several different tif-files
(if the tif-file has 7 pages and i look at page 5, the print output is: five times page 5 + 6 and 7)
Did anyone know this problem or have a solution to fix it?
