Contactsheet files for AI: Only file names

I can´t create a contactsheet for my files in AI.,
single it appears the name of file,
but I can see the thumbnails in the main window of the program.
I have ghostscript.
That it happens?

Yes, its open with double click

Creo que le ayudarias mas si le mandases samples de tus .AI en lugar de un jpg
