XnView Software

I use XnView to cut a lot of digital fotos, mirror them, because I made fotos of old diapositives.Why do I still see the old thumnails in the browser? Why do not change the file sizes? I googled and read that it is because of the EXIFs.

In Tools » Options... you have to

• either activate Rebuild embedded thumbnail (General » Read/Write » JPEG » Parameters) when saving images to that format
  or deactivate Use Embedded Thumbnail (Browser » Thumbnails » Appearance)
