XnView 1.91.1, Vista and the System32 folder

Hi!
I had problems using XnView 1.91.1 on Vista (Business, 32-bit, german), like others posted here:

The Problem was XnView freezes right after the start. The "Tip of the Day" Window is showing and you can still cancel it. But after that, no matter where you click within the XnView window, it freezes with Vista saying the Program does not respond anymore.
OK, this is what I found out:
- with UAC turned on XnView starts in System32 folder -> freeze
- UAC turned off, it starts in My Documents folder -> no Problem, XnView running fine
- I then changed the startup-folder to C: and reenabled UAC -> no Problem since XnView now starts in C:
- navigating to system32 folder -> freeze
- i then changed the Preview to Pictures only since that's my default configuration. After that navigating to the system 32 folder with XnView doesn't lead to a freeze anymore.
So my conclution ist, there is a non-picture, non-video file or files in the Vista System32 folder that xnView wants to preview (if "All files" is selected for Preview) and then freezes.
