Thumbnail label problem?

Hi
I have just finished installing version 1.91.3 but i still have a problem that i had with version .2 but not with .1
in Options if i go to Browser - Thumbnails - Thumbnail Label and try to change something nothing happens. There is always the name underneath the thumbnail and nothing more regardless of the entries that i choose to be shown.
Am i missing something?
