Tip-Info to XnView use kindly requested ...

,I am trying to help an good old friend of mine :
His problem / task is as followes :
He has ( very often ) to work on hundreds of image - files ,
for example to rename, to size in / fit-in / and to compress them
all at one unique data size .
By the last job as described above , he has still to compress each file
manually to the targetted size .... , so he needs for this part of the "job"
hours over hours , almost 4 to 5 evenings / nights , at any of an
300 / to 400 images - "ordre" .
So , to let the cat out of the sack : I try to suggest him up to XnView ,
he is still using an Programm n. : Adobe Photoshop ... .
But I do know myselve not very good my XnView , cause of less
practice with it . But never the less , I analysed my XnView today eve ,
before asking the forum , found out and got something (more practice) with that , and this , , but no solution for the problem of my old friend .
(If somebody ... ) would be so kind , to give a short answer ref. a "Tip" ,
(th. means ... ) AN EASILY TO UNDERSTAND ; "NO-2EXPERT-CHINESE-
answer , me/we would be very thankfully ....
add.Information if wanted to read : This friend is doing this "job"s
n o t for money or some else , his (daily work) profession is to care for old people in "homes" , and he is living voluntarily - since more than 10 years now with fixed and eternal promises - in a special form of living - y u.?? ! ....
