Suggestion to customize the zooming ratio freely

First, thank you all guys for developing such a good and freeware software, and now I just throw ACD See totally away!
However, I think you can do better on the funciton about zooming the picture. The following is my suggestion.
In the "View Menu", there's a option "Zoom" for users to zoom the pictures. But I find out that there are only limited options of zooming ratios in the list.
What I mean is that in the list, users can choose 7%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50%, 70%, .... and so on; finally, to 1600%.
However, for example, if I just want it to be 83%, 41%, 23%, and so on, I can't do it because the number isn't an integer.
Therefore, I strongly recommend maybe you can design an option for users to customize any ratio they desire to zoom in or out the picture.
I think this should be a very useful function when it combines the function of "zoom lock" together for users to view pictures when users can customize freely whatever size and ratio they desire.
In ACD See, there's this kind of function when users view the picture, and I hope maybe you can also add this function to the next version.
