Pane collapsing bug

VERSION: 1.91.4
OS: Windows XP Professional SP2
Collapsed panes aren't restored correctly when closing/opening xnview
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set layout to third option (treebar on the left, proprieties under the treebar , thumbs on the right)
2. Collapse the whole sidebar (treebar + proprieties) by clicking the little arrow pointing left
3. Close XnView
4. Open XnView
5. Everything seems alright (the panes are still collapsed as they should be) but pressing the little arrow to restore them does nothing

6. Force the opening of the side panel by pressing CTRL+ALT+F
7. The side pane is opened again, but with wrong dimensions (not the one it had at step 1

8. At this point, the proprieties pane is collapsed to the bottom of the screen, yet we never collapsed it and it shouldn't be
