1.91.5: New categories functionality

Thank you for the new multi-category view option! I just found it and it looks quite useful.

1. Can you add a mechanism to automatically select a category and all of its subcategories? Personally I think that clicking the category title should do it, whereas clicking the checkbox should select only that category, but I could go either way on it. (A way to clear all subcategories probably isn't needed, since clicking a new titles does so anyway. Unless you have a lot of nesting.)

2. Can you add a check to make sure each image is only displayed once? Currently it's once for every category that they show up in.

File operations still don't update the categories, unfortunately. Hopefully that'll show up at some point, because I think it's a pretty important part of xnview.

Yes, right perhaps better

I've tried that, and not sure that it's good. By clicking on label of category, you select only this one. By clicking on box, you add or remove a category.
So clicking on a category label must not select all childs. What do you think?
I don't know how to make. Perhaps 'select all children' in the popup?

...maybe by double-clicking on the category all children could be selected, whereas clicking once only selects the selected category. What do you think?

A double-click might work. Hm. A ctrl/shift/alt click might work better, so that it doesn't interfere with the normal single-click behavior. I'm not sure.

An addition to the context menu as a backup would also make sense.

The second problem is definitely fixed now!
