Limit batch conversion input file types when adding folder?

The subject pretty much says it all. I've been using Xnview for years now and the batch tool has become pretty good. I don't use it that often but right now I am trying to figure out how to acheive the above.

The add folder works great at recursively adding all image files in in a directory tree and the 'use original path' for output works fine. However, and I am possibly missing something, I cannot see how to limit the list of added files to just one type (eg. .tif). Ideally I would like to only have one type show up so I don't have to manually sift though the list and remove the types I don't want converted.

PS. A great future option, along with the retaining of time and date, would be to retain the state of the archive bit.

I support too this kind of new files filter.

Bump.

This was actually my question but I forgot to login. So am I just missing something on the "input filetype filter" or does this just not exist at present?
