Usability: Context menu of thumbnail and preview differ

Currently, the context menu shown for thumbnail and preview differ. For some of the menu items I do understand the difference (e.g. Zooming), but for many menu items it's not clear to me why they are available in one context menu but not in the other one.
Some of the differences:
Describe
Set categories
Print
Rating & Colour label
...
I think all those menu items should be either available in both context menus or removed in both menus.
