Please add - APNG support

Recently Mozilla developer extended, animated version of PNG format.
At first, only FF 3.0 supported this image format, but, now, Opera also added support for APNG, and linux image viewer KSquirrel now supports too.
I suppose, APNG may become a real successor for GIF, so XnView need to be in avangard and support APNG as well.
