Is there a way to configure the viewer to always use full screen mode?
I.e. pressing enter or double clicking a thumbnail should always start the
full screen view.

For fullscreen browsing it would be much more convenient to flip through
the images using the mouse wheel instead of the left/right mouse button.
Is there a configuration (maybe hidden) to achieve this?
