I would expect that the thumbnail of a folder is automatically updated when the content of that folder changes, but in version 1.92 this is not always the case. When dragging and dropping an image to a subfolder, the thumbnail of that subfolder is updated. However, when cutting the image, changing to the subfolder, pasting the image and go up again, the thumbnail is not updated. When manually selecting "Rebuild thumbnails" by right-clicking on that folder, the thumbnail is updated.

XnView v1.92
OS: Windows XP SP2

And the "parent" folder will still show the image, even though it is moved.

have the updated images/files the same date/time as the original?
what happened, if yes/no?
