Problem with alpha and creating a strip...

I have a bunch of TGA files and I'm trying to make a strip from images to use for my game.

Now if I turn them into PNG files and use this program called glueit it works fine, but it's an extra step I could do without seeing as I have a TON of things I have to do this for.

for some reason when I try making a strip and change it to 32bit (which my program requires for my game) and save it out, the alpha channel isn't working right and I have black all around the edges.

I tried looking for a TGA read setting, but I didn't find anything.

That's the major reason for me getting this fine program is to eliminate the extra steps.

any help would be appreciated.

What would be most helpful is the steps I have to take to get it to work.

I noticed when I fisrt chose to create a strip it defaults to true color and I have to change it by going to image>32bits... Don't know if that has anything to do with it, I'm just trying to eliminate some possibilities.

Please help me if you can.

Thanx guys.

yes It's actually a PNG that I'm trying to export, but yes I can do that.

Just give me a day or two as I don't have time tonight I don't think.

where should I send it?
