mousewheel/scrolling issue while drag&dropping does not

the mousewheel and the scrolling inside the browserwindow is not working, while trying to drag&drop an image into a subfolder of its own folder.
scrolling does not work, if the subfolder is not seeable and the user must scroll to the subfolder. (i.e. have a folder with 100 images and 2 folders. try to move an image from the bottom to a folder at the begining of the browserlist. of course: no foldertree active)
is there any solution, or can anybody reproduce this?
