i18n problem

Hi!
I use XnView 1.92 on WinXP pro GER. I have some folders with russian names (with Cyrillic characters) at my hard drive and when I try to see content of this folders in XnView it doesn't go in folder.
Same way behaves few non-Unicode applications in my system also. So I assume that it's general design
in XnView.
So, my questions are:
1. Is it known?
2. When it planed to be fixed (if it planned at all)?
