help!!!!!!!!!!!! how do you change the color of teeth in a photo?

Hello !• Is it to change black teeth on some geisha's photo ?
• AFAIK, you can't do that with XnView, because the xPaint "retouch" tool has not even a pen¦cil…
• You have to edit the image in an image editor really able to paint, i.e. Digifoto and the like,
or even GFIE Pro (if the format is supported and the image not too large…)
