XnView Software

- tag one file
- click Categories tab > Tag
= the tagged file is visible
- go back
- click the Filter mini-toolbar button
- select "Tagged files"
= the tagged file is NOT visible

Filter button "Tagged files" item doesn't work at all.

Edit: OK, only with my ini - cache related, as other issue.
