Hello everyone,i want to know that if i don't use the category,can i disable it?I don't want to see the category.db and category.bak appear in my directory.

I see in option and try many times,but the two files still apear when i reopen xnview,if there is a method or not?

No, currently category.db are always created even if you don't use it
