Resize AND target file size in one batch conversion?

Hello,

I am trying to do a batch conversion of about 100 images for a website. They ALL need to be exactly 375px wide and not larger than 25kb each. I have been able to set the 375px conversion, but I have not found a way to set a target file size of 25kb. The only way I have been able to control the file size is by moving the jpeg quality slider which is still a "blind" way of doing it. Is there a better/easier way for me to get the desired width and file size in one batch conversion?

Thanks in advance!

Kurt

Currently there is no way to control the maximum file size

Thanks for letting me know. Does anyone know of an app that would do this? I could make the width changes using a batch resize in Xnview and then run the images through "something else" to get ALL file sizes around 25kb. Seems to me that there must be something out there that could do this?

Thanks.

When using File > Export you can see a preview and the expected file size. Export works for a single file, only, but perhaps you can check a number of files using export and thus find a appropriate quality level which you can use and apply on all files using Batch conversion. Just an idea...
