nconvert and 32 bit bitmaps -> no go

I just want to ask if there will be a 32 bit support for bitmaps because
most programs don't support them and it's long winded to convert them with AlphaConv.
First I have to convert them to PNG and then I can convert to JPEG2000 but it would be a lot faster if I could convert them directly.

OK, think twice before using JPEG2000 ... it's a __very__ proprietary and incompatible fileformat
Why not stay with PNG ? NCONVERT uses the "official" LIBPNG to compress them, so can can use PNGOUT or OPTIPNG to make your PNG's a bit smaller
