Clean up the interface a bit

I think the toolbar is a bit bloated. I know it is possible to edit yourself and only show a basic one. However, I think that it should be as simple as possible for the standard user. Advanced users can put more stuff on the toolbar. A lot of the options should be in the menu. Also I like that the interface is more clear, so instead of using icons, it might be a good idea to use a work describing what the button does.
- The filter icon does not make much sense. Should be text.
- The edit favorites icon is out of place. Has anyone ever clicked on that? (It would make much more sense to have it as a text link when you are in the favorites pane)
- The sort by should also be text. It is strange to have an arrow and a-z when you have a wide variety of different possibilities.
- Instead of the view as, I would rather have an option described by a label, so I could change the thumbnail size.
- The rename should not be an icon. It should be triggered when doubleclicking the name of a file.
- The about should not be an icon, you will find that info easy in the Info menu.
- The eye does make sense, but why not just use a double click to show the picture (do not clutter the interface with unneccessary stuff)
- The rotate icons might make more sense, if they are closer to the image, e.g. as PhotoMechanic does.
- There are two icons for rotating, but you can also find the same option under the JPG lossless transformations?
