No pic's showing in outlook express will XnView solve this ?

I have a friend who , when she send's me an e-mail in outlook express can,t see the image , only a space where it should be , The recipient receives the image's though , also when she receive's mail , images are represented but don't show , anyone know why ?
The question is will XnView solve this particular problem ?
