Periodic screen capture?

Is there any way I can set XnView to automatically take a screen shot a certain window at a specific time interval? Let's say I wanted to take a screen shot of a window every 10 minutes. How would I do that?
Are there any alternative programs that could do that?
Thanks,

Thanks,
With XnView you cannot set a timer for periodic screenshots. But there's screenshot tools available which support this. Often, they do it in the background and are a sort of spy. Spying is not really legal and bad, and some of the software provided might be a trojan itself, so be careful when downloading and trying out such software.

A possible tool - haven't tried it myself:
-Timed Screenshot (Monkeybread Software, Donation Ware)

Unfortunately a Mac application. I use Windows XP. I haven't been able to find any other alternative so far. It must be possible somehow to make periodic screenshots with XnView.

Oops, sorry, didn't have a look at the platform.

XnView has command line "-capture", but there's no option to exit right after start and capturing. And nconvert cannot capture at all. So I see no way how to achieve this using XnView.

Perhaps the combination of Windows Scheduler and a screenshot tool with appropriate command line options can do the job for you. Just an idea...
