When applying "Shadow/Highlight" on a GIF file XnView GPFs.

To reproduce:
1. Start XnView
2. Open a GIF file in XnView.
3. Choose "Image > Adjust > Shadow/Highlight..."
--> GPF

This was fixed by disabling function on anything less than true color.
