after thumbnail creation, jumps to beginning

probably its mentioned before,
but could this behaviour be changed?
i often have some larger new folders, so i scroll while xn is generating the thumbs, but when finished jumping to the beginning of the list.

Perhaps you have disabled the view of non image files in option/Filelist?

i have disabled all but images, folders & archives.
so why is it jumping, can you fix this?

When the thumbnails are created, xnview remove all non images files, and there is this bug!

Confirmed for XnView v1.93.6 on Windows 2000 SP4 if Auto refresh (Tools » Options... » Browser » Browser) is activated.

Confirmed for all XnView versions above v1.93.6, also v1.95 beta 2.
When will this bug be fixed?

I think XNView jumps to the currently selected file. Can you select an image 2 pages down, then keep on scrolling during thumbnails creation and report what you see, please? (ie: beginning of list OR selected file)

right. it jumps back to the selected.
can this be changed, so when nothing is selected it shouldnt jump?

Yes, it still jumps to selected after generating and when nothing is selected, it doesn't jump.

IMHO, it should jump only when one moves selection (and not just because thumbnails generation ends).
