New menu-icon for Paint.dll

To start the Paint-function I have to click "Filter - Paint". Is it possible to add a button to the menu?

• Forging ahead, please could you give us commands for tool-bar buttons allowing to call
all “dynamic tools” ?
- I mean also F T P, PngOut etc., available in “View” and “Browser” modes, of course. Anyway, all useful as buttons…

Temporarily, that could solve the issue of the vanishing dynamic menu entries when correcting language DLLs… TIA !
