[Fixed] Misspelled title of the French section

• For ages, the title of the French forum is shown as
XnView [Francais], while it might be
XnView [Français].
- In HTLM, use the ANSI #231 character (sorry, I can't show the real coding here, even with the “Code” marker).
• FYI : In the case, “
c” sounds in French like “
k” in German, while “
ç” sounds like “
ß”…
- Please, could you fix that when possible ? TIA!
