Refreshing the thumbnails

In some case, there's a bizzare display of thumbnails and their détails.
MY OPTIONS CHOOSEN:
Choose the option Thumbnails+Détails in the browner.
Select a directory wich countains folder and/or images
MS-Vista SP1
THE GOOD COMPORTEMENT:
If I clic with the mouse on the left/right of the little scrollbar to resize the tumbnails , there's no problem: XNVMP restart at 0% to recognize the file and rebuild the tumbnails at the desired size.
THE MANIP TO REPORT THE BUG:
However, the focus if now on the little scrollbar and if I use the arrow keys on my keyboard (left/right), the size of the thumbails increase/decrease but there's a bad alignment on the screen for the infos (filename, size, date) & the thumbnail (the détails come on the thumbnail)
It's the same thing if I drag the little scrollbar and deplace it left/right with the mouse.
