Thanks for the information marsh!
This is named in Ubuntu hardy depository: qtconfig-qt4
(version 4.4.0-1 at this date)
Configuration for : GUI style appearance,fonts, mouse behavior,...

Thanks for raising this topic. This tool has animate and fade effects for menu! Would you know if it is available for those on Win2k/7 ?

I've searched quite a bit and not found a Windows version. If there was one, it would be very helpful, as the QT configs are quite extensive with many options. So many, in fact, and the process of testing/applying them to MP is so labor intensive, I have backed off from my original enthusiasm for sharing MP themes. Great idea in concept, but...
MP would become a chameleon if users had easier access to theme definitions.
