In Browser mode, there is "Open" for opening an image in image view mode, but there's no menu item for opening the image in fullscreen. There should be a menu item "Tools > Open in Fullscreen".

Right, there is "View in Fullscreen" item in the context menu, so it should be the same (view, or open).
