Usability: Default values for directory fields

I think directory handling in XnView should be smarter. In various areas, the suggested directory does not make too much sense.

"Open with.."
With "Tools > Open with... > Add programm..." one can add a program for opening files. The suggested directory is the current diretory, which does not make sense. Instead, the Program directory should the default.

"Save as"
When saving a file with "Save as...", XnView suggests the last recently used directory as directory. Often, this does not make sense and therefore there's the setting "For 'Save as' use same original pathname & format". But in some cases this setting does not help, either.
Solution for "Save as" could be a smart default directory: If a new session has been started, XnView should use the path of the file currently opened. When saving again, the last recently folder should be used.
