GPS TimeStamp

High,
in the image properties windows of XnView the GPS tag TimeStamp isn't displayed correctly - i.e. '8' instead of '08:12:41' or '08 12 41'. Both ExifTool and IrfanView display the time correctly, so it's not a error in the EXIF-header data.
