Fixing sun exposure and removing glares?

Hi I'm new to XnView and image editing, so I would like to know if this program can do this function.
Can you fix sun exposure? Or bad glares in photos?

XnView cannot fix sun exposure or bad glares.
Perhaps there is an appropriate Adobe Photoshop Compatible plugin, which does this job. Adobe Photoshop Compatible Plugins can be integrated and used in XnView, see topic
