Is it possible to reduce the speed of a gif-animation?

- You need a specialized software, i.e. GifMovieGear and the like…

• Just to get a clue, the (huge) sample you link above is available (temporarily) HERE as a RAR archive.
- I increased the duration of the frames (68 !) roughly in the same ratio than the original pic.
- I've also set two loops (but this isn't visible in XnView which doesn't support that feature…)

it is interesting to view the original and your file with single-view in XnView. The original seem to have some fragments (??) of the image, the edited files shows correct pictures ..
