1.95 b1+2: MP4 Thumbnails missing

I think this is an old bug but thumbnails for MP4 videos are missing! The videos play fine in XnView's internal player just can't generate thumbnails for them.
This might be because MP4 is also an audio format as well as a video format but "Picasa 3 beta" handles them beautifully!
