Hi!

I Have a problem.

When i open a *.TIF (~100kb) and save it (TIFF Rev. 6), suddenly the file have up to 10MB, but a want a TIF File with nearly the 100kb

Is there a possibilty in the options to define it?

You can perhaps use jpeg compression

Generally no recommendation to use JPEG (lossy compression),
but it just depends on how important the files are for you.

RLE, LZW are Ok.
Maybe it was saved with ZIP and you resaved it uncompressed.
