 Hello !
• Do you means
cmd_Rotate90 (clockwise= to right) or
cmd_Rotate270 (counter_clockwise= to left) ?
- The second has no icon in outdated skins, only in the embedded default and the <default> sub-dir. skin.
• Please, tell us more, i.e. which skin are you using ? The most ones are outdated
(except mine…

 The newest have the icon for
cmd_Rotate270 )
- Please, have a look
HERE to get a clue…
• In 1.95, twelve patterns have been added in the icons bitmap, so there were some issues,
for example see
THAT THREAD and
THIS ONE
• Please, try to add the command in the appropriate tool-bar from the Options >>
Interface >> Toolbar >> [Buttons] using an external *.ICO instead of the bitmap pattern,
- Also, check what is written in the current *.bar file (it's plain text) for that button.
- Please notice too that it's displayed only in the View mode with a file displayed (not in View at start-up with no file open).

				Hi Clo.
It is the icon for the "Custom Rotate" toolbar button. The command that I select in the toolbar config dialogue for adding it to the View-toolbar is "cmd_Rotate (Custom)". It is neither cmd_Rotate90 nor cmd_Rotate180 nor cmd_Rotate270.
The foo.bar file shows in the "View Toolbar" section:
button9=33
button10=27
button11=
cmd11=cmd_Rotate
button12=22
button13=23
It doesn't matter which toolbar design I choose. It is missing in all of them. Obviously no icon has ever been designed for this function.

 Again…

• The Free Rotate has no icon on the bitmap, that you can see by viewing the patterns image linked above,
and especially having a look
HERE.
- Hence, it needs always an external icon, that is shown in your bar file :
button11= ?
cmd11=cmd_Rotate
button12=22
button13=23
where
the command is written only when an external icon is needed,
while the others have simply the order number of the pattern on the icons bitmaps.
- Thus, you must have :
button11= path\xxxx.ico
to get an icon.
- Whether you don't find any convenient one, please tell me which skin size you are using, and I will draw one.
- Anyway, I'll add one in my own recent skins a.s.a.p.
PS :   Done, added in my skins, and something to test :
ICON 24²
ICON 32²

Thanks. That's what I wanted to trigger.
I designed one for the default skin which I use. It is similar to the other rotate icons but it looks ugly. I'm not that much talented. It does for the while for my purpose. I hope that the official skins will soon include one.
