Thanks to reply.

Is there any way to XnViewShellExtention scan file headers instead of file extensions, just as XnView?

Thank you very much for adding this useful feature to XnViewShellEx 2.6 (XnView_v1.96 beta-1), but in many times (not always) when I click on the preview thumbnail, XnView is crashed after opening!.

I think this is an XnView_1.96 problem, not XnViewShellEx 2.6. I added the dll to XnView_v1.95.4 and no problem was appeared.
