Folder exclusion from the database : I would like XnView not to index and build thumbnails for specific folders.

i think this should be either
index ONLY certain folders
or
exclude ALL removable drives

Currently I turn cache off until I add new files
I duno if this means xnview will read existing cached files.

I support +, this suggestion, for V1.9x and MP, but for me this kind of solution will be better:
New cache function "Exclude all excepted..." into Option\Cache DB\ :

Code: Select all

Enable thumbnails cache but Exclude all directories excepted for the following folders and sub-folders:

...
