well you might have guessed, Im new here. :) anyways, i just love this software, considering i came from using acdsee which today turns out to be quite bloated, which is why i love this prog, back to basics with all the new features. :)

anyways i dont know really if this is a suggestion or a question since i cant really find such a feature, but is there an option where in the tree pane you can put up both the folder browser and the categories at the same time? as it is right now you can show only one tab. :(

sometimes it gets very tiring to go back and forth when im choosing and organizing my images.

plus there is this feature i saw from a friends pc, where you can drag a folder to a category and it will give you the option whether or not you want to categorize all the folders and their subfolders or just the files in all of them.

anyways great work to xnview makers are more success. :)

:) Hello ! Welcome aboard !

• Unfortunately, these controls are Win tabs, and on principle you may have one activated at once only… :|

- To get the Categories and a tree at the same time should be useful in your case, but needs a non-modal separate tree
- for instance- as a “floating” window…
… i dont know really if this is a suggestion or a question…
• It's a suggestion, maybe our Dear Librarian could find similar ones ? ;)
…anyways great work to xnview makers are more success. :)
•…maker, XnView is a one-man programme. :P

 Kind regards,
